A proud Texas native William (Will) Madison Colgin IV, was raised in Rosenberg, Fort bend County, Texas, graduating from Lamar Consolidated High School in 1998, The University of Texas at Austin in 1991 with a Bachelors Of Arts in Comparative Literature, and Houston’s South Texas College of Law in 1995 with an extensive concentration in Health Law and Bioethical Studies.

Licensed to practice law in all courts of the state of Texas Will’s general civil litigation practice focuses primarily on issues involving matters of (1) Personal Injury, (2) Wills, Guardianships and other Probate concerns, (3) Oil, Gas and other Agricultural Holdings, (4) Real Estate, (5) Professional Risk Management, (6) Entertainment and Sports Law, and (7) all aspects of Corporate Law.

With a caseload that has taken him before the bar of a majority of the jurisdictions through out North, Central and Southeast Texas, Will is currently active in the Fort Bend County, Harris County, and Travis County Bar Associations, Fort Bend Lawyers Care, as well as the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the civil litigation section of the State Bar of Texas.
